Supplier Qualification – Blank Page When Accessing Questionnaire via BPM Worklist Link
When a supplier receives a Supplier Qualification invitation email, the link correctly opens the BPM Worklist page. However, instead of displaying the assigned questionnaire, the page remains blank.
This issue occurs intermittently, typically when the questionnaire is reassigned to a different supplier contact (e.g., original contact is replaced by another user from the same supplier organization). The invitation email link is valid, and the supplier can still access and complete the questionnaire through the Supplier Portal as a workaround.
Steps to reproduce:
- Have an existing supplier with one or more contacts.
- Send a qualification questionnaire to Contact A.
- Reassign or resend the same questionnaire to Contact B (existing contact in the system).
