Recalculate Payroll for Retroactive Changes for PP19 13-Sep-2025 fails for a terminated worker

Hello Everyone,

I am working in a requirement where I need to submit the payroll for the pay period 19. It was resulting in these errors.

There is a terminated employee without a final close date in Payroll relationship. During the retroactive payroll process for 13-Sep-2025 biweekly cycle, the process picking up a retro earning element to process but it ended up with the following errors.

I have checked the respective element setup, and under the duration rules, Latest Entry Date field is defined as “Final Close”.

 

When I tried to make a direct element entry on effective date 13-Sep-2025 from person management, it allows without any errors. However, during the retroactive payroll process, I am getting these errors. Please advise if anything is missing here or any inputs to overcome this issue.
