Error on Subinventory / Item Subinventory Import

Summary:

I am trying, as a test, to import a single item into a subinventory using Functional Setup Manager, following the instructions from Doc ID 2203883.1 – Fusion Inv: Using Functional Setup Manager Export/Import to Import Sub-Inventories, Locators for a Sub-Inventory, and add Items to a Sub-Inventory.

I in a nutshell, I am only adding one single line in the INV_ITEM_SUBINVENTORY.csv file.



I keep getting error:
