Display job board section only when external career sites is not posted

Hello,

In Responsive UI, the job boards section is not displayed when a job requisition is not posted on external career sites. The section appears only when we post the job requisition externally.

In Redwood, the job boards section is always displayed. Is it a new behavior ?


I tried to create a new business rule in VBS, but without success.
