Redwood: Interview Questionnaires can't be selected in the candidate profile

Summary:

Unfortunately, in Redwood, you can no longer select interview questionnaires in the candidate profile unless they were explicitly added to the job requistion. This was always possible in the responsive UI.

Can someone help me find the right setting so that this will be possible again in the future without having to explicitly add the questionnaires to the job requestion?
