What´s the best option to change the entity currency in FCCS?

Bulgaria is set to adopt the euro as its official currency on 1 January 2026.
Talking about FCCS, what´s the best option to do so?
Our premise is not to create another entity. Could we keep working with the same entity by only changing the xrate and adjusting the opening balances and other adjustments?
Is there any risk if we change the currency?
