Is a URL query string parameter available to automatically enroll a learner and launch learning?

Summary:

We are interested in using a deep link to automatically enroll a learner and launch a self-paced (i.e., video, e-learning, PDF, etc.) resource without the need for the user to click "Enroll" or "Launch" before the learning asset is presented in the browser.

One of the intended applications for this feature is to include links containing the proposed "auto-launch" query string parameter in Specializations to reduce the number of clicks necessary to access the content and improve the learner experience.
