New skills added to capability guide is not posted to employee profile

Summary:

When a role guide is assigned to a worker, the skills present in the capability guide gets posted to worker's skill center as developing skills.

Once the role guide assignment to worker is completed, and we add more skills to the capability guide and rerun the process guide assignments scheduled process. These new skills show up in the role guide tab of the worker's know your role but it is not posted to the employees skills center.
