Use forecasted planning percentages instead of collected data in Supply Plan

Summary:

I am bit confused, as there is not single page where we can see the latest setups and capabilities for CTO in DM and Supply Planning. I was going the the oracles training through Learning subscription for Supply Planning. It says that the attribute Use forecasted planning percentages instead of collected data is only available if we create a integrated plan (Demand and supply plan). While in 25C, I see that I can enable this option even in a Supply Plan.

So My question is does this feature work only in supply plan. I would input a DM with Model and options history to this DM. Is there a single page or video from Oracle which shows the latest capabilities for CTO (both DM and Supply Planning).
