Unlink Two Taleo Dropdown Fields

Summary:

I’ve noticed that a dropdown field under the Requisition tab appears to be linked to another dropdown field under the Candidate > Offer tab. When I update the options in the Offer tab dropdown, those changes are automatically reflected in the Requisition tab dropdown as well. I’d like these two fields to function independently, with separate option sets. How do I unlink them the two fields?
