Disable Parent position sync when creating position
Summary:
Navigation My client Group > Workforce Structure > Position > Create position
In Create position, when the parent position of a position is selected the fields Business Unit, Department and Location is automatically sync to the new values associated to the parent position.
How can this be disabled?
In some cases the location or department of a position does not necessarily belong to the same department or location as the new position.
Due to this some employees forgets to update this new values and create position in the wrong bu/department/location.
