Disable RSSP Temporarily

Summary:

We have enabled the Redood pages in Procurement for Purchasing Requisition(New), Purchase Orders (New) and My Receipts(New). We want to remove the redwood UI pages temporarily and want to use only classic RSSP as per client need. Sandbox customization is the only option to remove the UI ? I tried to disable the opt in but UI was not gone. Please clarify if someone achieved it.
