How to hide Edit Relationship Button in Edit Emergency contact

Summary:

In My Client Group > My family and emergency contact

There is the option to Edit option that allow users to Cancel Delete and Save.

However data about emergency contact should be editable deletable as per requirement.

How can this Edit Pen icon be hidden?

As a workaround we have set all field to read-only for this section.

However the Delete button cannot be hidden and when clicked redirects the user to the Date picker page for end relationship(this page cannot be customized in VBS)
