How can we use query (q) string in rest API criteria field.

Summary:

I tried saving a quote using cleanSave_t action api (

/rest/v19/commerce{Stage}{ProcessVarName}{MainDocVarName}/{id}/actions/cleanSave_t), now in response I want line level item information only for line item where there is a specific part_number and parent_doc_number is null . I checked the rest API documentation but could not get anything.
