Why the text message doesn't visible for the action : Share in supplier portal for the Contract ?

in Enterprise Contracts

Hi ,

when I use the action SHARE IN SUPPLIER PORTAL in the Enterprise contract , the text message doesn't visible as notify in the supplier portal:

In the supplier portal is present only notify with only subject ( see image below) but in the notify I don't the text Message:

Furthermore I can't see the notifications , because I can't click .

How do I solve it ?
