Can we have BPM approval rules with attachment?

Summary:

We have a requirement that if employees change/add their address, they need to submit address proof and it should go to their manager for approval.

Is there any capability in approval rules so that employees can attach address proof for managers to review?

Can anyone guide steps to achieve this please?
