Helpdesk LinkedIn Channel visibility
Summary:
In Helpdesk when we try to create or edit the helpdesk request, we are seeing Linked in as a new option in the Channel. It is there in all non-production pods just before we received 25C.
On checking the Manage Service Request Channel visibility, Enabled for customer interaction is set to 'Yes' on Oct2nd 2025. I checked the processes at that time. No helpdesk specific processes ran during that time. We are not sure how this has been enabled all of a sudden in non-production.
I have set the option to 'No' for LinkedIn now. I would like to understand if there is any update from Oracle updated this set up.
