Looking for a place to store and link to policy documents in Oracle Fusion HCM

Hi everyone,

I'm currently working in Oracle Fusion HCM (25C) and looking for a good place within the system to store a few internal policy documents (PDFs, Word files, etc.) that employees can easily access via links. Ideally, I'd like to be able to:

  • Upload or link to documents like policies or guidelines
  • Make them accessible to employees in a user-friendly way
  • Possibly tie them to specific areas like onboarding, benefits, or performance management

Has anyone implemented something similar or found a good spot in Fusion HCM to house these kinds of resources? I'm open to creative solutions—whether it's using document records, custom pages, or leveraging any existing functionality in the system.
