Fast formula attribute for the employee hire date

Hello experts,

we need to build an eligibility profile by fast formula including employees working in the company for at least 5 months. We need to use in FF the employee first hire date. For example if the employee started in 2020 and terminated in 2024 and then rehired in October 2025 he should be made eligible because we need to count the five month in the company starting from the first hire date (in 2020 in my example).

Does the PER_PERSON_ENTERPRISE_HIRE_DATE can help me in this case? Do you have other suggestion to identify employees with service date higher than 5 months based on the first hire date?
