Despite releasing planned orders separately still it is getting grouped under a Requestion

Summary:

I am trying to release each planned order back to back for an item without waiting for the release plan to complete. Based on group by Item logic by Item for Purchase Req. creation, it should create separate requisitions. However, it is grouping the requisitions.

In my case, I released 5 planned orders as 5 releases back to back. It created 3 Requisitions with 2 - 2 lines in 2 Req and 1 line in 1 Req.

Ideally, the release process should have some pointers in interface as separate releases and should not club. I believe this seems to be an issue. Has anyone come across such issue?
