Payroll name not supported in VB Studio validation condition builder.

Description (Required):

In VB Studio express, to build a condition using fields available under Payroll Frequency section both the payroll fields i.e. "A Payroll" and "#Payroll" fetches the Payroll Id, instead one filed should have been fetching Payroll Name, so that dynamic validations could be configured by picking up certain specific characters from the name for eg "Weekly" word could be used from payroll name to build validations.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

We need to build dynamic validations with regards to payroll selection in employment flows. But as per existing functionality we could only use payroll ids to build our validations, which in a way keeps the validation static and not dynamic.
