Trying to pass 67k invoice lines to vertex. Does Oracle send in batches or in one batch to vertex

We are implementing Oracle AR and vertex O series and our invoices will have around 67k lines in one invoice. When we call vertex can vertex handle 67k records and is it passing in batches or in one single batch. if its passing in batches how does Oracle batch the lines into multiple batches.
