Missing name, Flexfield and legislative info from API

Worker node returns partial info

We are trying to get employee info. It returns 200OK but as you can see there are 3 columns with blank values.

We already have assigned following privileges:

Use REST Service - Workers

Use REST Service - Workforce Structures

Same result if we don't use any filter:
