We can send but not receive two way emails

Summary:

Our Two Way Messaging is not working for Emails. When we run the scheduled process "Process Recruiting Inbound Messages" it says it runs successfully but it's actually lying. If you click inside the log file that was generated from the process running, it says that the Texting part worked just fine, but the email part errors out.

When we email candidates from within ORC, the candidates get the emails just fine. The candidates send a response back to our vanity email. We can see the response in our vanity email's outlook inbox. But when I run the scheduled process "Process Recruiting Inbound Messages" the email portion of that SP errors out. The error states:
