Suggest Buyer Field No Longer Autopopulate Rest Of Requisition Lines When VBS Makes Field Mandatory

Summary: When we create a new punch-out requisition with multiple lines and populate the Suggested Buyer field on the first line, the feature to auto-populate the remaining lines no longer works when we make the Suggested Buyer field mandatory through Visual Builder Studio. The reason why we have Suggested Buyer field as mandatory is our business process requires to it populated for the punch-out requisition. We want to add that this feature was also working correctly in Classic UI.

Question: Is there a limitation for the Suggested Buyer field to stop auto-populating the remaining Buyer field after the field is populated on the first line for a punch-out requisition? Does this means that if we make the Suggested Buyer field as mandatory that it limit the form abiliity to populate the remaining lines?
