Redwood Timecards: filter pulls inactive job title

Redwood timecards: When using Job filter on timecards results pull both active and inactive employee job titles for workers.

When a manager uses the Job filter on the My Team> Team Timecard page, the results include inactive job titles. I've tried to filter with the Hide Inactive Assignments set to "Yes" but that does not fix this filter issue. What makes this happen?
