Records in Project Costing - Unprocessed Transactions Real Time with a Transaction Status = A

Records in Project Costing - Unprocessed Transactions Real Time with a Transaction Status = A are not visible in the UI in Manage Unprocessed Costs. What are these costs and how can a user ensure they get processed?

We are seeing some transactions in Project Costing - Unprocessed Transactions Real Time (they are also in the table PJC_TXN_XFACE_ALL).
But they are not visible in the UI under Manage Unprocessed Costs
They have a transaction status of A and they are all from Oracle Fusion Payroll. We can see the expenditure item id/transaction number of these transactions are actually in projects but we are unsure if these unprocessed transactions indicate an impending adjustment.
