How can you create SR for AI Agent Studio?

Summary: I am having an issue with AI Agent Studio and want to create an SR. I went to MOS to create a ticket but couldn't find the correct Service Name. I asked the SR Agent and it told me to use 'AI Agent Studio' for the name but that doesn't work. Does anyone know the correct name?
