Missing Prescreening Answer in LOV for Job Application Prescreening Question Filter (25C)

Using new Redwood Experience: Job Application Prescreening Question Filter feature introduced in 25C, I noticed that not all prescreening question answers are appearing in the LOV (List of Values). Specifically, one answer option is missing, even though:
- The answer is correctly configured in the system.
- Other answers for the same question are displaying as expected.

- Ran the ESS job: Create Search Index Definition and Perform Initial Ingest for the index
fa-hcm-jobapplicationto refresh the search index. - Despite this, the missing answer still does not appear in the LOV.
