Why are Redwood HR Admin screens slower than Responsive UI?

I was reviewing the Redwood 'Pending Workers' screen for Redwood (Takes 7 seconds to load) vs the Responsive UI (Takes 2 seconds to load) on my production environment.

Is someone from Oracle able to answer why the HR admin screens are so slow on Redwood? I am seeing the same behaviour for most HR Admin screens (I agree that the employee and manager screens are faster). The speed of the system is preventing us from migrating to Redwood.

For context:

  1. The stat above is for production
  2. I have view all access with no security restriction
  3. I only have 1 vb studio project with 1 workspace and the page has 1 business rule
