How to prevent reusing shipped OBLPN number

Summary:

ERP restricts the reuse of the same OBLPN for the same order or other orders. Sometimes, due to operational errors, the user repacks the OB inventory in an LPN already shipped. When that happens, OWMS adds the -xxxxx suffix to the shipped LPN. Is there any way to prevent this, giving an error when the user tries to move inventory to an LPN already shipped?
