Employee does not appear in retropay

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

The user hire employee in 20 Sep 2025 then he made run payroll for Sep-2025 in 20sep - the same day of employee hiring - then make rollback for this employee.

He run retropay for Oct-2025 but the employee which removed in Sep does not appear in the retro.

How can we solve this issue
