Journal workflow rule template for Attachments in Journal Batch

Summary:

I want to update the rules in Journal workflow rule template to Auto-reject a journal if it doesn't have Attachment file in Journal Batch.

The template (at Manage Workflow Rules) doesn't have the option for Attachment check in Journal Batch, when it has in such option in Journal Header.

Can anyone suggest me anything to troubleshoot this
