Can't access my instances

Hello,
So I think its important to say I didnt login to oracle cloud for, I think, more than a year since i didnt really need to tweak anything. Recently I needed to change ports on my machine, but I was surprised to see that I can't login to default tenancy, since it ask me for a bypass code that I've never made, and on the identity one I just get errors like:
