How to change the error message content for preferred name in Candidate Job Application Page
When a candidate enters any special character for “Preferred Name” field and submits the job application they get an error message.
This error message shows the ‘Preferred Name’ as ‘Known As’, which is confusing the Candidates.
Please refer to the above screenshot.
Also, when we checked in the system to change the message description under Manage messages, we couldn’t find the related error message as the error message does not have a message number.
