Exclusion rule in SR Classification

Hi,

we have enabled the AI Service Request Classification feature, and I’m referring to that. As you can see in the screenshot, we have created an Ingestion Exclusion Rule to exclude SRs where the problem description contains the email address mail: slfondodigaranzia@sellaleasing .it .

However, another SR might arrive with the address sinistri@sellaleasing .it , and we would also like to exclude those from being overwritten by the AI categorization. Is it not possible to include two email addresses in the same rule? Because I’ve noticed that I can’t add more rules — the “ ” button is greyed out.
