Unable to Remove Standard Field from Page Layout

Summary:

I'm currently trying to remove a field from the offer page layout in Taleo, but I’m not seeing an option to hide or delete it. The field in question is a standard offer field "Employment Type" shown below

, and it appears to be locked in place.

I attempted to make the field non-required in hopes of removing it afterward, but unfortunately, I’m unable to change its required status either.

Is there a recommended way to remove or hide standard fields from the offer page layout?
