Is there any way to display the disposition reason of candidates in the activity tab?

Summary:

Recruiters are spending a lot of time looking up if a candidate was recommended for rehire or not.  To be more efficient with their time, it would be helpful if the reason a candidate was rejected (or withdrawn) was added to the Activity tab. Ideally near the 'Job Application Status'. Is this possible?
