HCM Extract Payroll flow Owner Change for scheduled flows

Summary:

We have some HCM Extract Payroll flows scheduled under service accounts and we would like to move away from service accounts and schedule under a User/Group account. Is there any way to update the flow to the new user without cancelling and rescheduling under a new account? As there are lot of flows, we wanted to check to see if there is a way to get this done through API's or HDL's without canceling and rescheduling each individual flow.
