Error when selecting recruiter collaborator (IRC-1590142)

Summary:

We recently switched to redwood and are now seeing an error when attempting to update the Recruiter Collaborator within the Hiring Team on a job requisition. We have tried searching and selecting by name and person number and both was end us with the same error. Has anyone experienced this before?
