Period Costing Account Balances by Supporting References Report not showing any data

Summary:

The 'Period Costing Account Balances by Supporting References Report' isn't showing any data. It's being run in the current period in which we've costed, accounted and posted transactions to GL. Does this report only show data when the Costing and/or GL periods are closed or at least past their end date? Also we noticed a couple of hidden parameters (see below) which indicate that these processes haven't been run in the last 60 days. Do these need to be run before executing the 'Period Costing Account Balances by Supporting References Report'? There's nothing in the or the about needing to run these.
