SV Behaviour Since EPM Planning 25.10 Update and Windows Update

After EPM production was updated to version 25.10 over the weekend, if I open an existing SV (25.100) and refresh it with ADFDI 5.1.1.24695 add-in enabled, and log in to EPM in the usual way. But the result is a sheet cleared of data and when I go to close the sheet there is an error message as shown below. As well as the EPM Planning update, there was a windows update over the weekend.

Yesterday I was sometimes seeing the log-in page for ERP and/or the log in page for EPM when refreshing although I can't replicate that this morning - but the error message appears to relate to ADF, not to SV. I have now replicated the EPM page pop-up when refreshing an existing SV by logging of and on again. Screenshot below.
