Cannot Delete Rejected GL Journal - Funds Stuck as Reserved

in General Ledger & Intercompany

Hi

We are running into a critical issue where a Rejected Journal entry is holding up reserved budget funds, and we are blocked from deleting the journal. We suspect the funds reservation status is reserved and as the journal is creatd for the Period of Jan-26

In the Manage Journal screen

  • The Delete button/option is greyed out/disabled.
  • The Unreserve Funds button/option is greyed out/disabled.
  • Do we have an options or solution to release the funds and delete the journal
