Concurrent requests limit exceeded - Post upgrade
Summary:
Over the weekend, our production environment underwent an upgrade. Following this, several APAC users reported encountering the warning message: "Unable to Process Request – Concurrent Requests Limit Exceeded." By the time system administrators accessed the environment, the issue had resolved itself. Could this behavior be related to the recent upgrade? Additionally, is there any action we should take to prevent users from experiencing this issue in the future?
