Allow hiding Quick Actions from the homepage without restricting access to their corresponding pages

Hello,

Currently, when a Quick Action (e.g., Personal Details) is hidden from the Redwood Homepage, it also becomes inaccessible under Me → Personal Information or related pages.

This behavior limits flexibility, as administrators may want to simplify the Homepage layout by removing certain Quick Actions without disabling access to their underlying functional pages.

We want to request an enhancement that allows independent visibility control. So Quick Actions can be hidden from the Homepage while keeping their corresponding pages (like Personal Information) accessible under “Me” or other menu paths.

This improvement would help maintain a cleaner user experience on the Homepage while preserving important navigation options elsewhere.
