Recruiters not able to add new document records for pending worker

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

Recruiters not able to add new document records for pending worker
Recruiter login: My Client Group > Document Records > search candidate/ pending worker > +add > select any type of document (for instance selected "Photo") --> the page is not loading details of the document and so it cannot be submitted

We did not have this issue in lower instance but in live instance post redwood transition.
Compared live instance and lower instance roles and privileges of Recruiter role and there is no difference.
Can you please let us know what needs to be done to address this issue.
