25.10.0 update

I received a notification e-mail today that our production VBS instance will be upgraded to 25.10.0 in Window 2 on 11/4. The odd thing is my prod instance was listed in the notification twice, and I have NOT received a notification about when our non-prod instance will be upgraded (which should be Window 1). Both instances are still on 24.10.12 (build number 24a756c476bb56de1366958cf0c65a4ec0116632 (2025-09-12 09:01:05).

What's strange is I DID get an e-mail back in August indicating 25.10.0 was going to be applied in August (Window 1 8/19 - 8/29) and September (Window 2 9/15 - 9/19). But I guess that never happened?

How can I confirm my non-prod VBS instance will be upgraded before prod and when?
