Expenditure item date error when submitting timecard in redwood UI

Summary:

The affected users underwent a global transfer from India – LE Unit 060 to India – LE Unit II (070). The effective start date of the transfer is September 1, 2025, but the global transfer data was only uploaded in the system via HDL on September 19, 2025.

The impacted timecards (September 1 to September 12, 2025) were approved prior to uploading the global transfer via HDL. However, when users attempted to update and resubmit them the error

"The person assignment isn't active as of the expenditure item date in the human resources application. Revise either the expenditure item date of the transaction or the active dates of the person assignment in the human resources application."
