Issue with Distribution Flexfields on Oracle SSP Redwood Screens

I'm facing an issue with the Oracle SSP Redwood screens. The installation was just completed a few days ago, and we are getting an error in the distribution flexfields, specifically with attribute 1.

To provide a bit more context, we have configured rules for our charge account generation to use two distribution attributes. These are the Cost Center (attribute 1) and the Intercompany field (attribute 2).

On the new Redwood screen, what's happening is that when we go to edit the distributions, complete the flexfields, and click "Accept," the screen only saves the information for attribute 2. Attribute 1 is not being saved or considered at all.
