When the Redwood search fails to display a known position, and reasonable means to fix the issue fail, the following steps can be used to open, review and update the record. If you update the record once opened, it will then appear in future Redwood searches. Use the XML code below in OTBI to get the needed information to manipulate your URL and open the known position that Redwood fails to display.
